  We ordered our new Ceduna 15 Quad (MK3) in Nov 23 and was promised it b4 Christmas 23…….We got the call 4/12 that van was ready. I was absolutely amazed and excited that my van was not only on time but ready 2 weeks early !!!!!! Carlin was great to deal with and very contactable. I will leave another review once we have used the van as this review is to praise the Team at PMX Canning Vale Perth on their awesome service. Thanks Carlin you’ve made my Christmas.

  Greg and PMX are fabulous. Great customer service and very friendly. We realised on the last leg of our trip that we were missing a part on our camper that would have prevented us setting up. Greg had the part in stock and made sure we got it on our arrival in Perth. A life saver. Cheers, Greg.

  Big shout out to Carlin, thank you for the great customer service throughout the whole process. From browsing and trying to choose between the options available, right through to handover, he put up with all our questions and answered with a smile. We Love our new camper and can't wait to get out and about!

  The worst I’ve had to deal with.
  Firstly we bought the van from the Mandurah show and we were told that it was a special price and the vans would go up in price the next week, my bad for believing a salesman. The next month when I picked the van up they were the same price with 2 lithium batteries thrown in free. I ask about that and was told because I bought the van from the show I don’t get the batteries.
  Then my first trip, the van had no power which i found out when I got to Esperance. I rang and was told that it wasn’t their problem and to ring an auto sparky. After that i rang about the 1000km service that was complimentary and to fit the grey water tank which they hadn’t fitted in the first place, I was told that they were too busy and couldn’t do the service but they could fit the grey water tank. I took it into them and told them about the electrical problem and that the left wheel camber was way out. The salesman blamed me for it and said they won’t be able to look at it. Two weeks later I got my van back, they had adjusted the camber and told me it was done under warranty. I inspected the van and found that they hadn’t fitted the grey water tank or fixed the electrical fault. Not sure what they did for 2 weeks.
  My next trip was to Green Head and the right wheel camber went way out. When I rang about that one they informed me that my next service is due at 5000kms and that it isn’t a warrantable issue. I told them I can’t do 5000kms with the wheel the way it is and they informed me it will cost me $450 which is the standard service price to fix it. I asked why one wheel was done under warranty but the other one is not, their reply was “we will fix it for $350 which is $150 less than standard service price” not sure about their maths. After I called them out on that, they told me they are “just trying to help me”. Stay away from these clowns. Costs too much to go to the PMX circus.

  Great showroom with ability to walk in and see the differences between most (all) campers. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

  Purchased Stirling GT 2016 camper. Been really good. Had one problem with a white marker light and I had 2 PMX staff call to organise a replacement. Sent the next day. Keep up the good work ad service.
