- your mum Added March 10, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆terribly understaffed, was so busy tonight 22/09/22. I felt bad for the girl working at the front, she was trying her best, looked like a workout. Ended up waiting over 30 minutes for my order as had to wait extra for the crunchified chicken. They need to have more people on, very disappointed

I ate their fried chicken & was in hospital for 4 days with salmonella poisoning due to undercooked fried chicken. Due to a poor company policy that let's them cook their chicken pieces for the same amount of time no matter how big they are.

Now it's the worst. Very disappointed when only a little over 12 months ago, they delivered hot, fresh, tasty meals. Tonight, the Baconary burger ended up in the bin, inedible and unpalatable, the sauce tasted like vomit. The wrap was unevenly heated and tasted like regurgitated/reconstituted leftovers. The half chicken was tasteless and dry. Nowhere near as tender and juicy as before. Where did the freshness go? Another one to remove from the treat list. Won't be going back again.

Don't put words in my mouth, I know what I ordered. Perhaps slow down and stop rushing and actually listen to people!
