- Wandee Chamberlain Added February 21, 2024★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It was the most unhelpful service ever, we walked in at 15:20pm to open a new bank account for my son. The lady at the counter said " oh we close in 30mins and to open a new account will take about 45mins" there wasn't any customer in the bank so she decided to sit on her bum and doing nothing until the bank is closed because she refused to service us. The worst customer service ever.

Lined up in the long queue at 12pm only to be told to come back after 3 as they couldn’t help me then. Came back at 3:30 - waited in the queue again, was told to go sit down and wait. Guy came out and told me the “lady that does that is too busy to help me as she had someone coming in at 4.” I asked to make an appointment - was told they don’t make appointments (so the person coming in at 4 doesn’t have an appointment?? Sure sounds like they do??). I asked “so I just have to keep coming in with my daughter over and over again until someone’s able to help me?” Was told simply “yes”
